Returns & Exchanges

At SmokinTex, we stand behind the quality of our smokers and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full reimbursement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your smoker or accessory in its original box with all manuals and components included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at an authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for high-value smoker units.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
